Lauren stopped running…

Lauren is a great runner and an award winning athlete. She is well known as a girl who not only loves the sport but is also very dedicated. And that is how Clint met Lauren; he saw her running and was captivated by her beauty! Unlike other people, Lauren stopped running for a just a moment to talk to Clint when he approached her! There was something about Clint that Lauren admired! In his mind, Clint knew the only way to get Lauren to go on a date with him was to somehow involve running! Clint took the risk, and challenged Lauren to a race! If Clint won, he got to take Lauren out on a date. We may never know the who won the race, but Clint somehow managed to take Lauren on a date and from then on..sparks flew! Through spending time together at their local church group to countless runs together, the two knew they had something very special and couldn’t not be together forever!

On a gorgeous warm sunny day in Angleton, Texas, the two gathered family and friends to watch them as they promised forever to each other! When they said I Do, their love seeped into the hearts of guests! Their married lives began with a kiss,but their love was destined far beyond that moment.

Lauren and Clint, thank you for being two of the most amazing people ever. Ever! You are what’s right and good with the world…and I am thrilled to have been a part of your perfect wedding day. Thank you for allowing me to capture your first day as husband and wife. Just like the strong and tall pecan trees outside your church, we know your love with weather any storm and last through all the ages. All my love, Kelly

Lauren’s vision for the wedding was “vintage” with light pinks and blues. The dress she wore was her mothers and other details were lace filled with hints of satin.

We loved Lauren’s bouquet from the LJ Flower Company in Lake Jackson, Texas.

Lauren’s engagement ring was hand picked by Clint. Sparkly, just like her personality!

Clint’s groomsmen played a big part in the day giving Clint advice, wardrobe help, and good laughs.

Lauren’s bridesmaids were so sweet and fun. They were by Lauren’s side through it all!

The gals showed off their matching embroidered shirts…just enough southern charm!

Clint looked very dapper…he was a little nervous..

But his men helped him stay grounded and were great to have along for the day…

Clint took a moment to read Lauren’s pre-wedding love letter she sent to him. Happy tears!

Meanwhile, Lauren shared the moment of putting on her mom’s dress with her mom…

With a hug from her dad…Lauren was ready for her photos.

Lauren is just gorgeous…she is sweet inside and just a sight to see! Her golden locks blew in the sunshine and smiles filled the air. All eyes on her..

Lauren then read the love letter Clint wrote…which brought an even truer smile we hadn’t yet seen to her face.

Lauren put on her garter and she was ready to go…

Clint was ready…and when he saw his bride he fought back tear…

Lauren alongside her dad, graced down the aisle to Lauren’s future husband..

Clint was so happy to see his gorgeous bride!

The ceremony was wonderful..the couple laughed and took their time…gazing into eachother’s eyes with love.

Officially official!

This bridal party was the BEST!

Perfect wedding day, perfect light, perfect couple!

Their engagement session was such a hit and a great way to get to know them as a couple…they even remembered some of their moves from the session which made these photos a breeze!
